The afternoon is free to explore the Old Quarter before an evening stroll through its alleyways on our ‘What the Pho’ evening escapade. Here you’ll sample steaming bowls of pho at a celebrated local eatery. Enjoy a pho-inspired cocktail and Vietnamese-grown chocolate before ending the night at a cosy local bar.

Visit Sung Sot Cave for a guided walk through one of the bay’s most impressive caverns, then return to the ship for a leisurely brunch while soaking in the final views of Halong Bay. Disembark late morning and transfer to the airport for your flight to Hue, where you’ll be met and transferred to the charming ÊMM Hue Hotel for check-in and an evening at leisure.

Kick off with Bánh Mì, Vietnam’s beloved sandwich, then cruise through Saigon’s lively streets to try Bò Lá Lốt—grilled beef in betel leaves—and your choice of fresh seafood or savoury seafood noodle soup.
