The side car trip was fabulous! We then travelled to can Tho and Châu Doc before our transfer by Victoria Speedboat to Phnom Penh for our ongoing journey, we had a truly wonderful experience. Every tiny detail was thought of and everything was perfect and entirely seamless. Every pick up, transfer and tour was faultless and on time. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The off site lunches were amazing. All the staff in each and every hotel were warm and welcoming, from the hotel manager to the lobby staff. and we were treated like royalty everywhere we went. The entire experience was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. Even down to the Little extras such as the complimentary massages. The power boat ride to Phnom Penh was fast and comfortable. We were looked after right through to disembarkation and the lovely staff took all the stress out of the border documentation.

I can’t praise Victoria Voyages enough. If we ever come by this way again we will certainly use their services and will most definitely recommend them to friends and family.

In a short space of time, the Victoria Voyages team helped with a luxury overnight train to Sapa, overnight stays at Victoria Sapa Resort, Victoria Hoi An, Emm hotel Saigon, Victoria Can Tho, Victoria Chau Doc, Cruising Halong Bay on the Emeraude and my word did I save the best until last with a seaplane experience over Halong Bay ....WOW!!

Kim and the Victoria Voyages team really understood my requirements and I loved the additional touches with advising excursions like Tra Su Bird sanctuary - a boat trip through mangroves under tree canopies just outside Chau Doc, kayaking in Halong Bay during a stop-over, exploring the local markets and riding a motorbike sidecar in Hoi An.

The hotels used were a mix of beautiful luxury boutique hotels. The booking process was easy with excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend Victoria Voyages for your Vietnam trip.

The overnight Victoria express was a very comfortable one, and we are glad that we chose Victoria Express among all the available options. At Sapa, the Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa gave us early check-in at 7am, allowing us to have a short rest before our trekking at 9am. We also enjoyed the complimentary 30min foot massage at Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa.

Our guide, Thao Thi Cha is absolutely fabulous. Always wearing a smile on her face, she is very informative and shared so much on the culture, religions and country in general. She made a bouquet of wild flowers during one of the treks for a member of my group for his birthday, and also presented handmade local gifts on the following day. She made the tour a lovely experience.

The Can Tho hotel is just plain excellent and was beautiful in all regards. The Chau Duc hotel was also very good – but not quite as splendid being on a busy street. At both hotels we had excellent rooms and service was outstanding.

We would also like to send a special thank you to our driver (Ken) who did a great job and was always early and flexible to our needs. He was professional in all aspects and we truly appreciated his ability to safely and effectively navigate through the Mekong Delta roads. He made good time as well!

Overall this is an experience we would very much recommend to others – everything was better than expected!

We had chances to talk to local people, listen to their past and present story, eat local food!! Must try "Bung Ca", the fish soup which has completely different to what I've learnt about Vietnamese soup, at the local market in Chau Doc!!

It's such a great effort from the tour operator with the very detailed information from travel consultant and local staff at Victoria hotels (Can Tho, Chau Doc). I'm happy to make this recommendation to my overseas friends!

  Through a friend’s recommendation, I found Victoria Voyages and booked their Ultimate Northern Vietnam tour for myself and two others. We were picked up at our hotel for our overnight... read more train to Sapa & arrived in the early morning. We did a lot of exploring around the town, but the best part by far was the village trekking. The terraced rice fields were a sight to behold & I wished I’d booked an extra day in Sapa to explore its valleys. Then it’s off to Hanoi where we got on a shuttle bus to Halong Bay, which was nothing short of incredible. We stayed with the lovely Emeraude cruise, did some kayaking, visited caves and a pearl farm. The staff took such good care of us there, especially Anne. After spending the night onboard, we did some taichi in the morning and headed back to Hanoi by afternoon. All and all we had a fantastic time. If I get a chance to return to Vietnam, I’d certainly contact the Victoria Voyage team again :)
